We are committed to serving you fresh, vibrant, and nutritious meals—made with love and care, and sourced locally and organically whenever possible.

We work with two passionate vegetarian cooks from the region, Estelle and Valentin, who create seasonal, nourishing menus inspired by nature, simplicity, and flavor. Their cuisine highlights fresh, local ingredients and is designed to support both well-being and enjoyment throughout your stay.

Meal plans are flexible and can be tailored to your retreat: from two generous daily meals (brunch and dinner) to full catering including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.

We are also happy to accommodate gluten-free diets and any allergies or specific dietary needs—just let us know in advance!

Meet Estelle – Vegetarian Chef & Conscious Cuisine Creator

Estelle creates colourful, nourishing vegetarian cuisine inspired by seasonal ingredients, local produce, and flavours discovered through her travels and culinary journey. After years immersed in traditional cuisine, her time in Asia transformed her relationship with food and revealed the richness of healthy, plant-based cooking.

Passionate about creating meals that are both energising and comforting, Estelle designs menus tailored to retreats, seminars, celebrations, and wellness events. Her cuisine is generous, vibrant, and adaptable to different dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free options.

With several years of experience leading a vegetarian restaurant kitchen in France, Estelle combines creativity, wellbeing, and conviviality to offer guests an experience that nourishes both body and spirit.

Meet Valentin – Vegetarian Retreat Chef

Valentin Moulin, founder of L’Arbre Aux Idées, creates vibrant vegetarian cuisine designed especially for yoga retreats, wellness events, and conscious gatherings. Inspired by world flavours, seasonal ingredients, and the richness of Occitanie’s local producers, his cooking brings together nourishment, creativity, and sharing.

His approach combines generous buffet-style meals, sensory culinary experiences, herbal tea bars, and workshops that turn food into an important part of the retreat experience. Guests regularly describe his cuisine as colourful, refined, comforting, and full of discovery.

Based near Toulouse, Valentin travels throughout the South-West of France and specialises in retreats and events for groups of 6 to 25 people.
